Founder
Juan Ramón Hernáiz
For three years, Juan Ramón served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board of Governors of the CNBV—Mexico's banking and securities regulator. He now brings that institutional discipline to fixed-scope market-entry, digital-asset, capital-structure, and legal systems implementation work.
At CMS, he led the Technology, Media and Communications (TMC) Department and holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo (UiO). The practice combines more than a decade of legal and regulatory experience with hands-on work in machine-readable contracts and open legal infrastructure.
